Apple MacBooks Lead In Laptop Features, Reliability, And User Satisfaction – Again

PC World’s Christopher Null reports that Apple continues its dominance of laptop computer segment user satisfaction, once again nailing down top spot in almost all satisfaction measurements in PC World’s 2012 reader satisfaction, reliability, and service survey, noting that a mere 6 percent of those polled reporting any significant problem with their Apple MacBooks, with Windows PC competitors only drawing close the in design, I/O connectivity, and performance for the price categories.

Among the PC also-rans, Asus, Lenovo, and Sony led the pack, with Acer, Dell, and HP trailing.
