Apple drops prices, boots speeds on Retina MacBook Pros

Apple dropped prices on 13″ Retina MacBook Pros today along with offering faster Intel Core processors on some 13″ and 15″ configurations. Apple also dropped pricing on the high-end 13″ 256GB MacBook Air by $100:

– 13″ 256GB MacBook Air: $1399 $100 price drop
– 13″ 256GB MacBook Air (Apple refurbished): $1189 was $1249

– 13″ 2.5GHz/128GB Retina MacBook Pro: $1499 $200 price drop

New configurations:
– 13″ 2.6GHz/256GB Retina MacBook Pro: $1699 $300 less than previous model
– 15″ 2.4GHz Retina MacBook Pro: $2199
– 15″ 2.7GHz Retina MacBook Pro: $2799
