New Model (Early 2013) Retina MacBook Pros Incorporate Some Upgraded Internal Bits

9To5Mac reports that the recent hardware refresh of the price cut Retina MacBook Pros wasn’t as minor as we had originally assumed, noting that according to a leaked Apple repair guide for the 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro, many internals including the SSD, I/O Board, Logic Board and even the bottom case have been updated to new parts, bringing to mind a Foxconn leak the site received last October indicating that some deficient internal components could cause ghosting and thermal issues.

9To5Mac also has posted the 13-inch MacBook Pro 2013 repair manual which only shows 2013 updates to the logic board (likely just for CPU updates) and also how to tell which model of Retina MacBook Pro you have for both 13 and 15 inch varieties.
