Refund policies
Each reseller's refund policy is different. These policies can be found on the customer service, faq, or support section of a reseller's website. Most resellers consider the sale of new Apple computers to be final, and they will not accept returns, even if the computer is dead-on-arrival (DOA). Support or replacement of such computers is negotiated with Apple directly, not with the reseller.

If a reseller does accept returns, it may be in the form of a full or partial refund, store credit, or one-for-one product replacement. For full refunds, some stores will require a restocking fee, and most stores will not accept returns after a specified period of time.
