Free Mailbox iOS Email Client Now Supports iCloud and Yahoo Mail

Orchestra, Inc.’s Mailbox development team have announced that they’ve added Mailbox support for Yahoo, iCloud, me.com, and mac.com email accounts, noting that they’ve received more requests for Yahoo and iCloud support than for any other feature.

Mailbox is available in the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and you can add up to five Gmail or Google Apps accounts, plus now Yahoo! Mail and iCloud accounts to your Mailbox to enjoy a simple, unified inbox.

Mailbox is a completely redesigned inbox that makes email light, fast, and mobile-friendly. Quickly swipe messages to your archive or trash. Scan an entire conversation at once with chat-like organization. Snooze emails until later with the tap of a button — they’ll return to your inbox automatically so you can focus on what’s important now. Mailbox checks your email from the cloud, then delivers it to your phone securely. You can even get push notifications for new messages.

New in Version 1.7.0:
– Support for iCloud and Yahoo email accounts
– Background syncing
– Option to disable “help me get to zero” banner

System requirements:
Requires iOS 7.0 or later
Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

Mailbox remains 100% free, and adding a Yahoo or iCloud email account is just as easy as adding a Gmail account.
