Apple’s Newest Computer is an Engineering and Technology Feat

Apple’s unveiling of its latest version of the Mac Pro computer has been greeted with a generally enthusiastic welcome across the technology sphere. Tech expert Karl Volkman of Chicago-based SRV Network, Inc., shares his insights and review of the new device.

“The Mac Pro is Apple’s fastest computer model to date. It boasts speeds up to 2 times faster than previous versions, up to 12 cores processing power, double the bandwidth compared to previous models and up to 64 GB of memory,” says Volkman.

And as much as the Mac Pro is an improved device technology wise, its design is just as notable. “The specs are unheard of for a desktop machine. Measuring at less than 10 inches tall and 6.6 inches in diameter, it’s sleek and easy to install anywhere,” Volkman observes. “The device isn’t cheap (prices start at $2,999), but for the consumers looking for speed, optimal performance and advanced editing features, the Mac Pro is well worth the price tag.”
