Verizon has cellular-capable iPads on sale for $100-$310 off MSRP when purchased with an Unlimited service plan. Sale price is applied to your account monthly over a 24 or 30 month period, depending on the chosen service plan. $100 is applied with the purchase of an iPad alone, $310 when purchased alongside an iPhone.
The fine print: “5G Ultra Wideband available only in parts of select cities. 5G Nationwide available in 2,700+ cities. $2399.99 purchase on device payment or at retail price required.
