Future Apple iPhone may feature new ‘Periscope’ lens
The Largan and Genius Periscope camera is a new type of camera lens that has been designed specifically for an upcoming Apple iPhone model. It is expected to provide high-quality images and videos with extreme details and clarity, and it will offer superior optical zoom and allow users to capture photos and videos with greater depth. This lens is expected to be exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro Max/Ultra model later in 2023.
However, according to a recent post by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the periscope lens has been delayed and will only be exclusive to the highest-end iPhone 16 in 2024, and not the models of market expectation.
