Apple to release updated 27″ mini-LED Display — Kuo
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, in his latest post, states that Apple is planning to update their 27″ Display with new technologies sometime in 2024 or 2025. It is unclear if this would be a new model or an update to the Studio Display or Pro Display XDR. But at any rate, it is expected to feature mini-LED technology and a thinner glass panel. The main benefits of this will be a narrower bezel, allowing the display to have an infinity edge look. It is unclear whether the new displays will feature Pro Motion technology or be touch-capable, although these are possible.
