Tablet Operating System Forecast – Shipments, Installed Base & by Price Tier 2010 – 2019

Strategy Analytics’ Eric Smith reports that Android will continue its global Tablet market domination, but Windows Tablet market share will grow to 10% in 2015, nearly doubling by 2019 as a wide range of functional Windows Tablets at all price tiers become available for consumers and enterprise alike.

Smith’s report forecasts global Tablet shipments and installed base by operating system by six major regions and 88 countries from 2010 to 2019. It also forecasts OS shipments by Price Tier on a regional basis.
