Apple has replaced their $399 iPad 2 with the 16GB iPad 4 (iPad with Retina Display), in Black or White, for $399 for the WiFi model and $529 for the WiFi + Cellular models. The iPad 4 includes a Retina Display, much faster A6X CPU, fast wireless, much better cameras, and iOS 7 standard. Both model are in stock today with free shipping.
