Need a MacBook for school? Here’s how to use your Education discount to save $200 + get free AirPods

Need a new Apple MacBook for the coming school year? When you purchase a new MacBook using Apple’s Education discount, Apple will take $100-$200 off MSRP, depending on the MacBook model. All teachers, students, and staff of any educational institution with a .edu email address qualify for the discount.

As part of their Back to School promotion for 2020, Apple will also include one free pair Apple AirPods (with charging case) with the purchase of a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. You can optionally choose Apple AirPods with the Wireless Charging Case for only $40 (regularly $199) or Apple AirPods Pro for only $90 (regularly $249). Promotion runs through early September.
