Innovation will be Key Factor in Success of 'iPhone'

Back to the "iPhone." Will you storm down to the Apple Store the day it comes out?

(Hmmm... why not "MacPhone"-- or "MacPod3," like mp3... because it will have three items rolled into one --since Apple has been trying to get the word Mac associated with all its products when they renamed their entire product line during their move to Intel chips, getting rid of "Power" and replacing it with "Mac").

Noted Mac writer, columnist Jason D. O'Grady whose blog, "The Apple Core" is featured on technology news site ZDNet.com, said in his blog yesterday witn his own analysis and commentary in regard to Apple's soon-to-be-released product, that, "I don't want an iPhone."

O'Grady says, "Am I the only one that doesn't want one? My problem is that I don't really want an iPod/phone hybrid... Granted, people that commute a lot via planes and trains may find an iPhone useful and students are certain to freak out over them, but for me it's not a great fit. Will I buy one? Probably, but not for use as my primary phone."

Unless of course, as Arnold Kim of MacRumors.com mentioned in his CNBC on-the-air interview-- something that PBCentral.com corroborates as well --Apple's innovation comes out on top and wins over customers in the end.

Macworld Expo 2007 it is (or not).
